My remote controller does NOT work when I have a DVD in and I need to choose between "PLAY", "SCENE SELECTION," "LANGUAGES", etc. I have to "toggle" using the channel up/down buttons ON the DVD/VCR player itself. However, the selections are both down and across; the channel up/down only lets me go "up and down".... I don't know how to go ACROSS to select one of the viewing selections. How do I do this?
