Question About Sceptre Technologies Flat Panel Television None
help! "programs blocked"...

Can someone please reply to my requests??? I have a Sceptre TV and on the screen it just shows "program blocked" and I cannot watch any programs. It is asking to enter a 4 digit code but i dont know what it is. this has never happened. Please help!!!! email: galvan21219@yahoo.com
