I only used my charger a few times and it worked well. W/O any user error, then it stopped working altogether- no diplay leds, and the dignostic watt-meter I tried showed no current at all. Opened it up and found zero evident probs, but design is simple, components limited. Power? supply issue (found no fuse, just a circuit breaker for outbound DC current) Can anyone direct me as to what/where to look, test and fix,,, please? (ps- manual provides no help and I lost receipt). Thanks, BrianV
