Help i didnt winterize my scooter i live in colora...

Help i didnt winterize my scooter i live in colorado so we had a fair amount of snow this winter it sat with the cover on it for exactly 6 months the gas tank is full the battery is charged and the oil is still fresh its a 2012 its got 118 miles on it and it wants to start theres power but it wont turn over what do i do
