We have 5-4240HDC's in our corporate office and when we come in first thing in the morning the turn the tv's on the screen is blue and the 4240HDC is on and was never turned off. The cable signal acts like its not there. We had a tech from Time Warner come in and he said it probably needed a firmware upgrade which he did and it did the same thing. He came back againand said those boxes are set to turn off if they are left on in a 24-hour period (what the heck is that all about); has anyone heard of this?
