I am having problems setting up my d9835 satellite receiver. When I set up the satellite, I will get a maximum signal strength of 62 or 63, but the signal quality always remains at 0. I am wondering what I have to do to get that changed (i.e. pointing the dish in another direction, what settings I need to have on the receiver, etc.). Acquiring an owner's manual or user's guide would help out a lot. Thanks.
