Question About SciPhone Cell Phone i68
blocked SIM2...

was wondering if someone can give myself step by step on how to get the blocked SIM2 on my main screen of my sciphone i68, with this SIM2 being blocked i can't text or get into my contact list to call, edit. i can can do with my phone now is call SOS. you may send answer to greeneyeshush@hotmail.com thank you so my if someone can help.
