My phone is not reading my AT&T sim card, what do I do to get my phone to work? When I dial a number it always says emergency calls only. PLEASE HELP!

0 My phone is not reading my Rogers Sim Card. What do I do, for when I dial a number, it always says "Emergency Calls Only". And the small pamplet that comes w/ the phone is not helpful at all.
