When phone is unlocked & i can not activate before or he touch are loked too, so i can receive the income calls, but not aswer, nos key works, The slide seldom works so usually lose the call before I can't move it. Can this be disabled or over ridden. I have tried setting 'any key answer' in all profiles then using the volumn key on the side of the phone as suggested by one person but it only changed the volumn.
