my engine is hard to turn on 2554 mower even with plugs out and no compression on cylinders, starter and battery test ok , manually turning the motor by hand seems like it is in a bind. was running ok and was all the battery with jumper cables could do to crank it last use. See no pulley or belt issues , anyone else had this problem? 25 hp v twin Koller.
