Question About Scotts Lawn Mower S1642, S1742, S2046
S1642 stalls on when going uphill...

I replaced the battery, spark plug, oil, filters etc. The mower will run on flat ground but stalls as it goes uphill. Also, the engine runs fast then slow. Any suggestions?
