just got a new HE5 Dryer. the lights go on when I press the power button but when i press the the start button i hear 3 rapid beep tones. its supposed to go though some kind of diagnostic procedure when first turned on but it doesnt even do that. Would anyone know wha this is all about and if there is a quick fix. btw we have had had the lousiest service ever from Sesars on this its now 8days since we received this. they promiss techinicians will come but they never do. We are very dissapointed with Sears.
