I'm in search of a part for this exercise cycle. The part is a bronze bushing that is inserted into the end of the pedal arm, opposite the pedal. This bushing is in the end of the flat piece of steel, opposite the pedal, and acts an insert for the bolt that attaches to the arm of the cycle. In the schematic, (exploded view), I believe the part is either #27 or #43. See below for the link to the exploded view:
