Won't start even with gas/ oil/ clean air filter/ switched to ON/ no pressure in nozzle/ etc. 3 month old unit used for about 10 hours so far but not started in last 1.5 months. No choke or throttle control. Any suggestions?

5 After connecting your water supply (make sure it's supplying water to your water pump) try taking the air cleaner off and spraying a couple of bursts of a good quality starting fluid. The engine should run for a few seconds if not continuously. This will tell you if your motor is still OK. id it runs for seconds your carb needs cleaning, if it runs continuously your choke/ cold starting mechanism needs work (primer bulb, choke lever &/or choke linkage. a common operator error with pressure washers is the failure to supple water before the motor is fired up, which can lead to pump failure
