0 I have a Sears snow blower with this engine. Just found out tonight, after blowing about 5-6 inches of snow, that what I thought was fuel starvation is really that the throttle spring has gotten so week it's not holding the throttle open. I took the shroud off the carburetor and the throttle plate was almost randomly spinning from open to closed.
