I have this Kenmore 417.43142200 yeah… I thought that I had deduced my initial problem and orderd a replacment spin control module. I put it in and did two small loads (tee shirts and underware) no more than 5-10 items. Everything worked fine. I then did a third load of approx a dozen items with a towel and it would not engage or agitate propblerly. If I moved the agitator by hand it would sometimes engage , but would not tumble all the way around. When it got to the final spin all it did was drain and would not spin up to the really fast speed . I then re-intitiated that part of the cycle and it did work. I started another load and 1 minute ( as before) after it filled with water, the agitator did nothing until I moved it by hand. The motor is hot to touch just after the wash cycle. Can you help?
