Try changing the 9volt battery. This worked for me. Once the battery is replaced, hold down both left UP and DOWN arrows. There will be a countdown. At the end of the countdown you should see C1. Let it display for 60 seconds or until it goes away. You should now see 00 or whatever the current pressure is. You may now adjust each side to your desire. Hope this helped.

5 I replaced battery & held the left up & down arrows but never saw the C1, it just showed EO again. So I called their customer service number. They said I needed to unplug the electric pump, wait ar least 30 sec. then plug it back in. Once I did that the remove worked again. Customer service said that if your house looses power, this causes that problem sometimes (sure enough, a couple of weeks ago we lost power in the night). Hope this helps. Paul

1 Well, if that doesn't work and you don't want to be spending a lot of money ...then....disconnect the air hose to the mattress compartment at the pump and, using a manual or electric pump you can buy at Walmart for filling air mattresses, insert into the air tube and pump in the amount of air you want. You Then reconnect the tube to your select comfort pump and you are good to go. Completely bypasses the remote and the possibly faulty pump. Fills up in a hurry !
