Just purchases your dvd recorder vcr combo sv294, when we got it home and open the item to install there was missing item, like the blank disc, the registration card, the owner's guide and the 2 AAA batteries. would it be possible to get these items excluding the batteries because I have those but the other items are important cause I am having trouble with the machine displaying the demands I tried recording from satelitte to vcr and I can't view it. Please let me know if you can help me.
