My sharp atomic clock model SPC900 has no outdoor temp. reading. When I first put batteries in the sensor and then the clock there was an outdoor temp reading for a few minutes then it went blank. The transmitter is 2 feet from the clock on the same table top as the clock. I have been through the manual trying to get this to work. I have been working on this off and on for about a month now with zero result. HELP!
