Incoming fax not connecting it just keeps ringing....

Incoming fax not connecting it just keeps ringing.and we have a dedicated line.Contact: pdhughey@bellsouth.net We Have Sharp UX510A, serial# 37155872. Tired finding manuel but over the yrs it has vanished and your download says there is not one. I'm missing my incoming faxes. THanks Davis
