Question About Sharp Fax Machine UX-B800
my fax/printer is still saying printer error after...

my fax/printer is still saying printer error after I have cleaned the ink cartridge and put it back in. I can't get it to clear and print the fax that is in memory. What can I do?

1 I already have the manual and have followed the instructions on how to fix it. But it is still flashing printer error.
