We have a Ultralock 14u34b surger and the right needle keeps falling out. On the manual it shows 2 set screws, one for each needle, but ours only has one set screw. Trying to troubleshoot this for my wife. Needles are positioned correctly and are new #2054. When installed, I tighten the set screw as tight as I can but one needle keeps working loose.
