Question About Sony DVD Recorder RDR-HX725
Help!!!...

My husband moved the lounge around including the dvd player and when he plugged it back in it wont open and says tray locked. We cant get it open and to help matters we no longer have the remote. I operate this machine with a universal remote. Can anyone help please?
