wHEN TURNING ON TV THE POWER LIGHT FLASHES GREEN 6 TIMES THEN GOES BACK TO RED. TV WILL NOT POWER ON. THE TV "WILL" COME ON AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?
