I have a KDL32EX403 that has suddenly developed alternate message bands top & bottom of the screen, the message is from the TV and independent of any external input device. The top band starts with Bravia EX4 then BE3 etc; the bottom band has Bravia Engine 3 in the centre with Demo mode (Loop) above it and Off top the right also the right half the screen is darker than the left. How do I stop these bands?
