TV will not turn on...

Switch clicks but no picture or sound. Worked perfectly prior to this.

0 Hello!'m from Brazil, sorry for English because I am using a translator!'m a sony tv KV-27EXR25 Where are connected dvd player and ps2 but the sign of the tv is in black and white, you have any suggestions to solve the problem? ps2 and the dvd is normal in color thanks! >
