Question About Sub-Zero 650 over/under
removing freezer baskets...

I can't remove the freezer baskets from my Subzero 650. They differ from the description in the manual, in that the upper basket is clipped to the lower one at the rear left, and the lower one doesn't simply lift out. It's filthy behind the basetks and I want to remove them for cleaning. Does anyone know how to do this?
