The bottom of the refrigerator gets ice build up near the drain tube. I am told that the somehow the insulation must be wet and therefore the refrigerator is not fixable. Otherwise, the refrigerator and freezer work fine. does that sound correct? Thank you.

0 On some refrig there is a heating element at the drain tube to prevent ice from forming. The heating element may just need to be replaced.
