I just got this water dispenser from a friend...Ho...

I just got this water dispenser from a friend...How do I get the hot water to come out? I push/pull the lever and no water comes out. thanks

0 look under the bottle there is a round disk. under the disk is a thing with a taper head that looks lika a ball. if the thing is upside down it blocks the water to go to the hot water despencer.
