I cannot connect to wifi. My new 10 inch tablet ID1019WTA sees my home network and I enter the correct passwrd, but it does not connect. (Other devices connect successfully). The network security is WPA2 PSK. I stopped the modem and the router and turned off the tablet. (Several times). After a few seconds I turned everything back on - modem and router first. Same old story - authentication problem.
