i also have a m11 that a friend gave me, and i have the same problem. good batteries and no power, when i plug it in the green light comes on immediately, and when i unplug it the light stays on for a few seconds and then goes out. cant afford to send it in and insurance wont help get a new one. have all the equipment to run test on circuits just need to know where to start . my wife has stage three lupus and it sure would help if i could get it to run. thank you in advanced.
