have a Sunwave SRC-3000 Touch Screen Remote Control with which I am having some problems and would appreciate assistance. It controls amongst other devices a Yamaha RX-777 Stereo Receiver. A few days ago the Volume icon disappeared from the remote as did all icons below and between “auto” and “Channel”. Where “Volume” should be it shows “AM/FM”, “+10 “ instead of “+100”. There is an unnamed icon at the bottom of the screen which, when I press it replaces the other icons with forward and backward arrows and “record” and “Play” and “Stop”. None of the device keys show. I have downloaded the Users Manual but am still at a loss as to how to reactivate the lost icons. I am not anxious to go back to square one as it was set up by the installer originally and I am most uncertain I could reset it from scratch. I have recently installed a Loewe TV which operates via Optus cable and use Foxtel. I have been using the Loewe remote control for the TV on the advice of the installer and all has been working satisfactorily. I have been able to use the TV visually to watch TV Sport via Foxtel with the sound off and simultaneously listen to ABC Radio via the antenna and it is this that I am currently unable to do due to the Sunwave remote not behaving properly. I would appreciate any assistance you could help me with to restore the remote to its former function.
