No manuals available for either of two Taylor kitchen thermometers I have. My model 1470N simply reads low/high instead of the actual temperature reading I need. Restart button etc. does nothing. My model 560 doesn't work either. I have had others and they started acting up. I probably have to go to a different manufacturer. Your no help on site or in person when I need it. Try to reach me any way on Monday....
