My paper shredder (model sh52912) is jammed and I can't clean it without opening it. I can't get the top off. I removed the screws at the bottom but it's stuck. I can't find any other screws. I tried to join but kept getting sent back to log in page, and I don't think I've joined before. I sent for a password, thinking I might have joined before, but haven't heard yet.
