0 I have 3white keys & 2 black keys that do not work. Can you tell me what might be wrong with the Organ.Also volume is very soft on lower key board.

0 First of all EA is not a model #. It is a series. Is it a EA1, EA3, EA5 or what. Find out what you actually have and repost. The problems you posted could be due to a number of things. Dead notes could be due to corrosion or dirt on the key contacts, broken wires or contacts due to rodent chewing on them, or bad components on a circuit board. The low volume may be something as simple as you not having the Balance arrows for the lower keyboard channels turned up properly. See your Owner manual if you have one. (not the same as a technical or shop manual.)
