Hi there, my remote stopped working a while back and i bought 1 which was supposed to work universally, but it only turns the TV on and changes the volume, that's it. I somehow managed to put the child lock on and cannot put it off again without the actual remote that came with the TV. Now there is a screen saying there is no aerial connected and it is, I've check it countless times. Please help, it is getting beyond a joke.
