My starter is not working. How can I fix or check what is wrong with it? Also, does this grill have coals that sit on top of the burners? I just cleaned out the bottom tray and there was a ton of black debree and I was wondering if that was burned food that fell through or where there coals originally there that fell apart and through to the bottom?
