0 Please help. I have a set of 2 of these phones for 2 years and today they stopped ringing. I have tried everything but they won't ring. Please let me know what to do about this. In the manual, which I have followed to the letter, tells me to make sure the handset software switch is set to on. What is the this software switch and where is it? It isn't anywhere in the manual and it isn't anywhere on either of my sets. Please help. Thanks, Jen Cully - jcully@can.rogers.com
