5 If you send me your address information, I would be glad to make a copy of the manual and mail it to you. I may even be able to do a .pdf file. However, I'm not familiar with that. Let me know and you can send you mailing info. That's about the best I can do.

3 I don't know if the phone turns on the answering machine except for when a call is incoming. In order to setup the answering machine, use the "DATA PORT" found on the back of the phone. Use the data switch to select line 1 or line 2. This is all of the information the manual contains on pages 11 & 12. I hope this helps
