the tv will not turn on after pressing the power button. the small green light (in the middle of the power button) comes on, then turns off. it automatically illuminates again (as if the tv is trying to turn itself on) 2 more times. the small light on the power button blinks rapidly 3 times. this blinking process happens several times. at no point does an image appear on the screen.
