tryed pluging it in wall outlet and will no power up it has been repaired once after power surges it was working and had more power surges the power surges have been repaired after last surge turned it on and smoke came out of the back of the tv i turned off and it will not powe up now i thank it shot the power suply .i do know a little about eletronics where can i find a service manual for tv ..
