0 HA! i totally just figured this. Ok, press "mode" until you get the alarm you want to disable. then press the top right button "start/split" and the bottom right button "stop/reset" at the same time. you should see the time on the alarm remains, but the frequency up top is replaced with "off". HUZZAH! i'm so glad i figured this out. also, i hope that, since you posted this well over a year ago, this is still relevant haha
