Question About Timex Watch WR30M
I bot another Timex, but don't know how to change ...

I bot another Timex, but don't know how to change the date but not the day. I.E. June 30 Sunday, July 1, Monday but the watch went to 31, and now I have Monday July 1, as Tuesday July 1. How do I correct this?
