0 I don't have the manual, can't find it. But I do have the watch. 1st press the button lower right. Hold it in until display shows . At this point you will see , at the top of the screen, SET with a flashing T1. Press bottom right, which is the next button. Every time you enter something press the next button to progress to the next setting. Good luck.
