Question About Timex Watch ???
owner's manual for timex 'ironman triathlon shock...

Rec'd as a gift . cannot shut off nor reset alarms, date,etc. Watch is setr 12 hours behind actual BUT I don't know how to reset it, as a result the date and day is 1/2 day behind actuality! HELP!!!
