I need to get the control dial to replace my broke...

I need to get the control dial to replace my broken one, How or where can it be had? That is the top dial Off Bake Broil mdial THE OVEN WILL NOT HEAT UP. i WOULD REALLY LIKE TO GET IT GOING.
