Question About Toastmaster Oven ES-13
Does the ES-13 have to be hard wired or can a cord...

Does the ES-13 have to be hard wired or can a cord be installed instead? Does the water line have to be used, what would happen if you did not have water to it? Why is there build up and smoke coming out of the optional fire box? Do we need more than just the vent stack to the outside?
