The Temperature Control Knob came off/broke off the arbor/shaft . I do not know if there is a replacement for the "Temperature Control Knob" or if this is an integral part of the Temperature control assembly ? What is the cost of the individual Knob and/or the temperature control assembly ? Is there a parts catalog for Mod# TRST18 ? - THANK YOU, J. NANNI
