0 All I found was this Norwegian manual for the RL-H3CS: http://www.blinken.no/dokumenter/pdf/lasere/RL-H3CS%20Norwegian_Manual_300603.pdf There is also an RL-H3CL. Maybe you could use Google's translator ... unless you are Norwegian.
