Question About Toro Snow Blower None
carburetor...

I had to keep the choke on to keep the engine runing. To fix - I removed the bowl and cleaned the power adjusting screw (needle valve). When trying to adjust I did not notice any cutout when I backed out the screw (made the mix richer)... What is problem?
